I have received Damage Bag on 03/10/13 I return it to Vendor as per rediff cust care person suggest. I send mail to Rediff customer support on 05/10/13 with attach Damage bag photo and courier copy. I have received mail from them You will get replace Product in working 06 OR 08 days. But I have not received receive any product from them till 26/10/13. When I resend mail on 25/10/13 for query of replacement, They not give any answer by mail or phone.I called to cust. care they told me,Our concert dept.will send mail to you.
I want replacement Bag and cash of courier charger as early as possible.
