TATA AIG Insurance – Policy Renewal

This year I want CNG to be endorsed in the policy for which executive told that inspection is mandatory which happened on Friday in October (don’t remember the exact date) at 1:20 pm. Next day they again called me (at 03:30 on Saturday (next day)) for payment, when I told them I want to do with credit card they told me that it cannot be done as it has to be done with in 24 hrs. of inspection. How can I make the payment within 24 hrs.? if I am getting the information after 24 hrs. After this inspection happened for my vehicle (Inspection happened after many time follow up by me not by TATA-AIG) and then I made the payment via credit card on 8th October 2013. But when I didn’t received the policy till 21st October 2013, then I called the call center then they informed me that the policy is not renewed coz I have not made the payment. I registered the complaint details are as follows: Complaint id: 2167712 Complaint date and time: 21/10/2013 1:15 PM Forwarded mail regarding same on Wed 23/10/2013 22:39 but Till date (i.e., 26/10/2013) my Policy is not renewed. Even today floor supervisor told me they need time till Monday i.e., 28/10/2013
