Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased an ‘Electronic Digital LCD Weighing Machine’ from Rediff online shopping for Rs 534.But the Machine glass was crack from inside, so I returned the product and Rediff assured for the refund of Rs 534. After follow up, Rediff informed that they have refunded the amount back to my ICICI account.But I check my account they are no refund. Even I followed up with the Bank with the reference number provided by Rediff and Bank confirmed there was no amount refunded by Rediff. Now after various follow up from Rediff, they are just saying they and refunded and check with bank. Payment details attached. I have provided the Details below along with the response from ICICI Bank and Rediff. Details : Order no. : 8533861 RRN ( Retrieval Reference Number ) no. provided by Rediff: 487628905 Date of Purchase/online Payment : 15Sep2013 Date of Receive of Product : 23Sep2013 Date of Return of Product from my side: 28Sep2013 Amount : Rs 534. As the limit is of 2000 characters, so not able to put the emails which I received from ICICI and Rediff as a proof.If you require I can provide it.

I have already raised request/complain twice, but till date got no response. Complain ID : 69439.2.2013 69440.2.2013 . Like to request please take some action on my request and help me to get my money back from Rediff.
