respected sir, As i am a regular customer of Reliance post paid . As my billing amount was 193 due on 7/9/2013 and last date to deposit bill is 25/9/2013 (25th of every month) I deposited my bill on 24/9/2013 193 by my debit card the transaction no is 726173 of my bank. The collection executive made a mistake and deposited the same amount to a another customer s A/c. than i got penalty of 100 + tax on next bill .Mr.ashish told me to short it out . than i deposited my next bill without depositing that same penalty. Then Mr. Ashish(Rel. Exe.) told me it does not matter will sort this out. and i got one more penalty for the 100 rs which was pending to adjust or pending to credit in my a/c. so thus i got two penalty of total 200 rs.plus taxes i visited the branch too many time .The collection executive and one more person trying to quarrel with me two time . i m am suffering from this .

i want my money back 200 rs penalty . Please Take an action against the collection executive and the person who misbehave with me. No one support me to contact to B M please help me out
