I ordered a technotech wireless mouse in rediff shopping. I got delivery on 11-11-2013. But after a week its not working, if i use for 2 or 3 minutes continuously first it will scroll slowly and again it will be switching off and after 2 or 3 hours it will start working, for again 5 mins it will be switched off. By their response i have sent back the item to the above mentioned address and invoice for replacement of another mouse. I didn’t received the other mouse.
