I have made a order with rediff shopping on 14/11/2014 and my order number is 10697267 for Rs.1148.00 & the expected date of delivery was 22/11/2014 but till date I have not received my product nor they are refunding my money. I call 4-5 times to their customer care number but every time they said “Sorry for the inconvenience” your product is in transit your product is with courier or we are taking up your issue and we will call you.But till today they never call me and not solving the problem. So I request you please look into the matter from your side & instruct them to solve the issue immediately

I want my product to be delivered within 24 hours or refund of money along with the interest w.e.f 14-11-2014.
