Rediff Online Shopping – Non-delivery of product and no refund

Paid for a product online on Rediff shopping on 19 October 2013. I got an email on 28 October that the product was delivered but I never received it. Since then, I have sent emails and called their customer care several times over the past month, with no response. I never received a call back about my complaint, and only received one email on 31 October saying the concerned department was investigating the order status. Rediff Order number on my complaint: 8652763 Also, during one call, the customer service representative asked me to get in touch with their logistics partner (“Professional” Airway Bill:VPL913203891) and check with them which I refused to do. I did check their sign sheet on the courier website but could not decipher who had signed for it.
