Wanted to book air ticket on 25th November to travel to Delhi from Bangalore and return on 26thNovember. Tried to book on 21st. Amount was taken from SBI through Net banking but ticket was not allotted. On contacting helpline they asked me to pay once again after 2 days & promised payment made on 21st will be refunded. So I paid once again on 24th Nov evening. Again money was gone from bank but no ticket was booked.On contacting helpline was told that money will be refunded in next 7-10 days. Still no refund is made. I have lost Rs.41500/ to this airline without any fault of mine

I was supposed to travel for emergency official work. I missed the meeting. Suffered mentally worried and under stress. Lost money without any fault.On 25th borrowed money from relative and bought an instant ticket & traveled to Delhi & return by Jet Airways. Proof can be submitted

Refund of my money with interest and an apology from owner of company for subjecting me to economic & mental losses without any fault of mine
