I have given my Penta tablet(SL no.-1303208001273 & My Job sheet no.PENSER0086381) to a service centre Phoenix International situated in Jadavpur,Kolkata-32 on 21th oct,it is under warrenty period,but one & half month passed still I didn’t received my tablet, kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

it has only touch screen problem and internet issue,i have written mail but they answer that they have no any Ok tested machine,even they said that they don’t know when they have available spare parts,

I need ok tested tablet that work well
