Dear Sir, i have purchased reebok sunglasses from rediff site . when i received the material from the initial look and feel itself its confirmed that the received material is not reebok original , you can clearly verify from the quality of the glass and the frame . the glasses are not with UV protection , its not mentioned anywhere in the glass . you have just put a reebok sticker . and the frame is a very bad quality which is shaking and tentative to break any time . finally on top of everything one glass was broken as shown . i raised a complaint to rediff on june 16th to replace the material with original one or refund my money . since then i have made several phone calls and mail follow up. i didn’t get any reply from them , i request you to take action against rediff and Qubeplex Exim LLP uttarpradesh for cheating me . pls help me in getting my money back
