I ordered a product from rediff online shopping on 22-DEC 2013 with order no. 8909495. It was written on the website and also on the confirmation e-mail that the product will be delivered in 5-7 days. However I have still not received the product. I e-mailed the vendor but got no response. I have called the customer care helpline 5 times and every time I am told to wait for 24-48 hours. On 9-1-14 I was told that if the product is not received till 11-1-14 then my order will be canceled. However, today I was told that the order can’t be cancelled. I can only return it when someone comes to deliver it to me. Therefore I am not receiving the product and I can’t get my money back because no one will come to deliver the product and so I won’t be able to return it.

Although I deserve compensation for the inconvenience this has caused to me because I wasn’t able to use the product as a new year gift. I would be satisfied if my money is refunded as soon as possible.
