I made a payment of Rs. 7500/- vide invoice # 8212 favouring www.Direct2inbox.com from their payment panel through Direcpay.com using my credit card on 02nd Jan 2014 against which the company has failed to deliver the online services guaranteed/promised to me. They neither have a proper support team to look after the issues reported nor the services provided are workable. I have made many calls to them on their mobile no. 918097518508 and wrote many times to resolve the issues or refund my payment but to no avail. A copy of this mail is forwarded to support@deliver2inbox.com and Mr. Farhan farhan@deliver2inbox.com and farhan@ideastack.com for necessary records and required action. www.Direct2inbox.com is a fraud company engaged in a business which is far away from their own understanding and good to befool customers.
