I had bought a mobile for Rediff shopping through online and when i recived the product it was a fake product which was shown like a Nokia mobile and then I told them to take it back and I did it via courier and till date they have not refund my money while it is already done for courier charges so I tried them many time but they donot respond me properly and am completely fed from their service as they behave very rudely to me, I just expect a timely service and now I want compensation for mental harrasement and my amount with interest with apology so that they should not harrase any one else in future.
Total amount paid 1008 for mobile phone so as per bank interest also it comes around 1100-1200, but main thing is am mentaly harrased and I want compensation whatever you decide for it.
