I ordered a product for ‘Rs 699 + cash on delivery charge Rs 79 on 24th April in from shopping. rediff.com and received the courier on 9th May. After waiting this long period, I got a wrong product. The product I ordered is a Flip case of samsung galaxy s4 which can be used as a stand for my mobile. The product I received doesn’t have that functionality. The product I ordered was shown in this Link: (http://shopping.rediff.com/product/samsung-galaxy-s4-i9500-s-view-flip-case-cover/11905806) and is shown now as out of order. I ordered this product because in the product description page, the image shows that i could use this cover as a stand for my mobile phone. The description about the product also said under features of the product that “Standing support.” But the product I received didn’t have these functionalities. That was why I want to get the exact product shown in the website. The photo of the product I delivered is attached with this email.

I am also attaching the receipt where it is showing the same product image from the link above. Please see the attachment. So after I received the wrong product I called the customer care of Rediff shopping website several times at 18002662333. Each time they told me some one would contact me within 24 hours and no did. Today I called them telling this experiences, and they told me some one would call me within half an hour and they cheat me today also. No one called me.I also mailed them regarding my issue several times and there were no reply. So it seems that they are standing to cheat people by showing nice products and selling them cheap and low quality products for the price of good product.And when people contact them back they wont respond and it is clear that they are cheating. I bought this product for my uncle- Mr Abbas KK, KOzhikkattil House, Jeelani Nagar, Cherumukku, Tirurangadi, Malappuram Dt, Kerala Mobile: 09605738390 or 9705886179. I am an NRI working in saudi and please consider this compaint is from him also if Iam not available during the process. So I humbly request the court to grant me justice. I want either the ordered product or my entire cash back. And I want a compensation for the mental stress I experienced being a cheated person and compensation for wasting the time calling their liar executives as i believe everyone should know the value of time.
