I booked four tickets from your website for Goa to Bangalore (PNR VTRBMP44864784) On the day of travel, just 1 hour before agent called me saying that their bus (AC sleeper) has been broke down so they have arranged another bus for us which is semi sleeper (volvo AC sitter) so please broad that after reaching the starting spot we found that bus was from another traveller (SVR Travel) and guy told me that there is no seat for you. then i called back agent saying all story and he assured me that he is reaching the spot within 10 mins. After that i waited there more than 2 hours (having my kids and wife waiting on the road and I did phone to agent again and again, but no use finally agent stopped picking the phone because till that time all other buses were either gone or full and i was having no option but stay in Goa for one more day.

1) Total physical damage == 38500 2). mantal harassment and agony == 50000 which comes out to be Rs 88500/-
