Rediff Shopping Failed to Deliver Lingerie on my GF’s Birthday

I booked 6 pieces lingerie on the website of rediff shop & gift on 20/12/2013 using credit card for Rs. 1127/- and the delivery date proposed was 06/01/2014. The order No was 8900394 & the courier they engaged to deliver the product was ARAMEX. after not getting any response from them, i inquired about the matter with customer care executives. to my shock, they have told me that the product has been delivered to me on 31/12/2013. when i told them that this is a false delivery report given by the courier to them, they said that they had lodge a complain with No. 109310 with their logistic department and they would either supply the ordered items within 48 hours or refund the amount within 7 working days. when i called them after 48 hours, they told me that it would be known after 3 days. every time i make telephonic enquiry, they keep on saying that it will take some more time. however, i have never received any email from them or telephonic call.

I spent atleast Rs.500/- on phone calls & internet usage. also i have angered my girlfriend as i could not gave her the above gift on her birthday.

I want my money back with compensation of Rs. 10,000/- for the discomforts & mental hardship given to me by Rediff Shop & Gift. Also, they should be brought before the law, for fraud activity.
