My name- Miliiend & My Contact No. 9676XXX751 My Complaint Against: Gupta Stationary Gupta Stationary’s Contact Details: 9891644700,9891644700 Complaint Category: Manufacturers & Dealers My Complaint Description: Hello, I purchased Sauna 3in1 belt from rediff shopping 20 days back and they delivered fault / not working product. when i approached Kapil gupta from gupta stationary who is the vendor who supplied that belt, he told me that they will check and then let me know what can be done. after extensive follow up, finally somehow i returned the product to vendor and was expecting replacement and courier charges reimbursement but still no luck. i tried calling rediff shopping many times but their complaint registration departments customer care executives are always busy. they request a call back through an automated system however i never received a call from rediff about my complaint. no complaint no is provided at all and no answer to email sent to customer care support. details of order which i placed : Details of Order# 7924270 Item Description Qty.
