I placed order for the product ‘Electric Ride On Jeep For Kids’ with Rediff online shopping website order ref. # 7459693 on 11-Oct-2012 costing Rs. 7,889/- with additional shipping & handling Rs. 124/- totaling to Rs. 8,013/-. The product was delivered on 23-Oct-2012 and full cash was paid to the courier. When the product was opened we could not find the Battery in the pack but we found a note inside the pack mentioning the seller email id to contact for Battery delivery. We immediately sent an email to the seller; we did not received any reply from seller in this regard. Again we contacted Rediff and they assured us the battery will be delivered soon but nothing happened. Later we started communicating and following up with Rediff at least 6 times (25-Oct-2012;08-Nov-2012;23-Nov-2012;24-Nov-2012;06-Dec-2012) till date and every time they replied us that it will be delivered within four days. Till date we have not received the battery delivery.

I want full refund of Rs. 8,013/- and i request the consumer cell to take strict action against Rediff.com who are irresponsible and careless in dealing with customer liabilities.
