We ordered a balloon inflator from the rediff shopping website. We received the product in a very bad condition. The box was damaged and the product was old. When we plugged it in, it set on fire within 10 seconds. We wrote back to rediff who apologized for the inconvenience. They asked us to courier the product back to their supplier in Delhi who’s details are given above. It has been a month. Rediff only sends back an automated email saying that we will be receiving our replacement soon. No word on the replacement or the refund.
We want a replacement product. We have sent back the defective product. Or a refund. I have a chain mails of our correspondence between us and rediff however the site does not allow me to upload a word document.
