Snapdeal – Damaged product reverse pick-up refused

I purchased online Creative SBS A120 2.1 Multimedia Speaker online from Snapdeal.com, on 26/11/2014 material is delivered by snapdeal. But on receipt of Material i found product is damaged (Speaker’s Broken Legs), i raised a telephonic complaint on same date regarding the faulty product & requested for reverse pick-up for the material. But snapdeal representative said we can’t arrange reverse pick-up due to any reason (i don’t know why),so you can send us material & we will reimburse courier charges to you. As ordered i couriered the material on 05/12/2014 (It is few days late because they are able to send me address of delivery & Return form)& sent them a courier docket POD (Proof of Delivery) copy to Snapdeal.com. Material received by M/s Jasper Infotech Pvt. Ltd. at Samalkha, Delhi. After a long conversations everyday, evertime a new executive told me “Your refund is in under process, you will get money soon” & today is 05.01.2015 but i haven’t received my money. Material Value is Rs.1349 & courier charges is Rs.180/-. I sent lots of mails to help@snapdeal.com regarding this return.

I want my money only …. You will be appreciated if you help me in this matter
