I ordered a birthday cake combo to be delivered on february 23rd,2014 to be delivered on 25th. received an automail of confirmation of order the same day. Till today i ddnt get any i called many no of times to customer care never answered hours of waiting but not answered. lodeged online complaints too on its site never attended back. the status of product id still saying awaiting dispatch. my complaint is to claim the damages including refund of money and damages for no of calls and time and if they cant give attention to their product status even then they shouldnt contine in service. Its just not me there are no of my friends too suffered with same. My Order No in Rediff shopping :9224473 AMOUNT :1890

here i want TO claim damages for my time and money and want the service provoder to give explanations for the time and false info of availabiity of product and confirmations.
