Rediff Shopping – not givin refund unavailable of product

m vanga srinivas.ordered iball andy4.5k6 mobile on 14/02/2014 price Rs.7248/-from rediff.comand gien my cousin raparthy abhilash home addres due to delivery reasons.they have given order no. as 9177751 deliivered in 7days.but after 7 days(after lots of enquierie with customer care) they said product is unavilable so refunding money.and after a long time on 14/03/2014 they given a transaction id and is 407218386715 was found to be fake by the bank.they were never lifting call when i said my order details..till 14/04/2014 these rediff.com not responding to my complaints.

m mentally and emotionally harrased by rediff people they are misleading me as well as bank.mostlyfor 10-15 days i was arguing with the bank..they said to go consumer forum and i was almost wasted 300 rupees for complaints and all other details asked rediff and also bby the bank regarding the transaction id..i think this was considered as physical damage.

i demand my order money back that is Rs.7248/- and physically for complaints i need my Rs.300/- and for misleadind me by providing a unavailable product online and for giving fake transaction id and also for wasting of my time and money i need a 10% of compensation for Rs.7248/-from 14/02/2014 till which date they will pay my money for playing with me by providing a fake transaction id…
