Rediff Shopping – Sold Defective Item

I bought wireless bluetooth set from rediff order No.1364 0567, delivered on 04.08.2016 with rediff assurance and 7 days return mentioned while placing the order, once the product arrived I tried to connect it to my mobile devices but it failed, the product apparently was defective as I tried to connect it to other devises too, also the light of the bluetooth was not blinking consistently.I dropped an e mail with the customer care for return of the product but instead of looking into what problems i was facing they blatantly refused the return reason being whatever i ordered was the same that was delivered. How can someone order a bluetooth set that doesn’t connect.

The consequence being monetary loss of Rs. 434 worth of product, the time and effort lost for regular followups and no satisfactory reply from the customer care of rediff this has led t lot of stress and mental pressure. I want my money back and the product returned along with an apology from the shopping site for the worst customer redressal tendered by them.
