Sir I am gandhi from ashok nagar chennai I purchased Videocon Air Conditioner with with Extended Warranty for Open Market Policy No:OG-15-1000-6609-0-0318846 I compliant for non working of my a/c before 2 months every body making call and get excess for the delay but nobody respond and repair the same or give answer for the same i got the policy with fully paid but till now nobody repair the same what is the actual status I do not know if they reply then i can take that policy money what I spend may waste and I may ignore the policy and go for the repair work kindly respond the mail and reply me whether i may get the repair immediately or not because with out a/c in summer for the post 2 month is how much tedious think from my side kindly help me to solve this problem.
