Flikpart Sold Sub Standard Item – No Replacement

I ordered a bookshelf from Flipkart. Received it late and found the product to be sub standard. I asked for a refund but flipkart denied out rightly. Asked to get a technician to visit us to check the book shelf on 4th August 2016. Despite multiple phone calls, emails, messages and posts on social media, the technician still hasn’t visited. The Flipkart customer care falsely promises a resolution within 24 hours but still hasn’t been able to. In a nutshell, they aren’t refunding my amount nor are they replacing the defective product.

I incurred an expense of INR 7999 on the book shelf. I want my money back. That’s about it.
