I registered for a domain and email id with www.rediffmailpro.com for which i paid them a yearly fee of Rs 800 at their ICICI bank account. For some reason hotmail users do not receive the mails, gmail users receive after 12 hours. When i raised the issue with their technical department they kept assuring me that they are looking into the matter. Hotmail then sends me a mail that rediffmail is blocked by them and many other providers. i forward the mail to rediffmail. Now all i am doing is calling every 2nd day but no solution, no refund, no mailing.

Either the email delivery problem is resolved or a refund
