I mukulbhai patel residing at :- h/22 saundrya apartment, Nr:- Arjun Tower, Ghatlodia,Ahmedabad,Gujarat,INdia. My A/c No:- 100100019064, In Reliance Broadband Connection . I am Very Very Very old user of reliance communication in Landline telephone connection since last 4/ 5 years. recently i select Reliance Broadband internate Services just before one (1) month ago, now my project/work is cancel ,so i want reduce my Intenate connection from 400 ( Unlimited ) plane to Rs. 50.00( Limited ) plane. Both A/c no is same ,But reliance care says your Bill a/c no is different from another,so we will not reduce your connection. Also, reliance officer says We can reduce your connection only if you haver The same billing A/c no. I don’t knows way i take too much confusion . if i need both . So,pl. consider my aplication as soon as possible because i am lod users of Reliance communication
