sir i am a prepaid subscriber of airtel in kerala circle bearing the number of 9746884899. now iam facing the problem of automatic reduction in my account balance with out using any airtel service & for communicating wiyh executive they have started charging with out prior intimation.so i kindly request you to get my pre paid cost details in & grievences to be forwarded to the concerned authorities
