I was assured of touch pad number part by the authorised service dealer Astvinayak, Goregaon within a few days. After Twenty days and two dozen calls to Astvinayak and Chennai Office of Samsung, I was told that I will be refunded an amount as per Company’s policy within ten days. It is 22 days now and there is no sign of refund. I called Chennai Office of Samsung and they told me it will take another 15 days to cut a cheque. Even if this happens it will be 37 days that I may receive my cheque that I hope not. I paid cash for the product and now they are dillydallying over refund. I might have made a dozen calls to Samsung HO in Chennai and double the number of calls to Authorised Servce Center Astvinayak Enterprise, Goregaon, Mumbai Tel # 28711751/2. They promise to return the call but both the Offices never call back. Samsung Chennai HO #04430308282 or 1=800=266-8282 to get them online takes around 15 minutes.
