Hi I have ordered a product “Philips Juicer Mixer HL1631J” on “27 Dec 2012”. I found the delivered product defective . So I raised the refund request for the same on “Jan 16 2013”. It has been 5 months since then but the amount is still not refunded to my account. Every time I call customer they extend the dates by 3-4 days. Please help me on getting my money back from them.

My product order amount Rs. 1722 is still not refunded. I am going with mental stress due to non refund of the amount. I have called the Indiatimes Customer Care for more than 50 times. It has also cost me more than Rs. 400

I want to have my product price money spent back. Rs. 1722 Also, if possible, the money I spent on calls with customer care (Rs. 400)
