I made a policy with ING Vysya and I got my policy kit against ING SIIP Policy no. 02743614 of Rs. 25000/- on31.08.2013 . After going through the kit , I found that there are two values of sum assured and the total value of the sum assured has neither been defined nor been figured in Rupees in any of the paras under Benefits where all benefits are dependent on sum assured. On such ambiguity and low return , I returned the booklet to ING Vysya , Bengaluru (received there on 07.09.13) asking for cancellation of the policy which was well WITHIN FREE LOOK PERIOD OF THE POLICY and refund of my amount of Rs .25000/. Till date I have sent several letters and mails to complaint cell and hel;p desk of ING Vysya , but they are just bluffing me to come with solution every 15 days, but it never happened. On making call to toll free number each time different person attending and assuring to solve the issue very soon. Sir, I am not interested with the policy and I have returned the booklet with reasons well within the free look period , even then the refund of the amount of Rs. 25000 /is not being made.
