This Cable services is in old Faridabad, our old operator sold their services to this new subscriber without giving us any prior notice. This cable network ‘Moon Cable Network’ dont have any toll free number to submit our complaint as alredy told by TRAI. nor they have any website to submit complaint. though i try to call them on their number mentioned in bill. A very rude person pick the call on telling him that cable is not clear since one week i get reply ‘ Ab apko yaad aaya complaint karna’ , then i told him please write my complaint that cable is not clear and even it doesnot show any error code , he said ‘ without code he will not write complaint’. I said you should write my complaint then i get reply ‘ nhi toh kya karega’ and hung the call. This was very unprofessional behavior i tried calling them multiple times but nobody came to work on cable. I would like to take some action against them, Complete details of cable network.
