my MC claim No is as under MOT02144911 which was accident on 07-08-2011 i have a caompalint aganst the same by my Cell. I have talk to Mr gaurav Sharma whih is mobile No.967271572 and again the survear of the Bank inspected the vehicle and sent the report to the branch. my M.C. No RJ25-SD6937 which was carried out the showroom and showroom have completed the same which bill was created on 27734/- during this period i have talk to mr Gaurav his permitted to me that whole the amount was refunded to you but MC fully completed by the showroom after that we call the surveyor for the sent to complete payment to bill Mr. Gaurav sharma said to me that company has not pay to you fully payment because out policy not to permit to pay 100% claim on accidental vehicle only 20% , 30% accidental claim paid by the company. i am disagree to him after that he sent to me Rs. 17904/- refund bearing No. AWB No EM-6502082961 on 21-09-2011 which is very late to me the payment given by me is very low. so i requested to you please lodge my complaint against the above branch which was situated at Kota. and give to a above branch to suitable action to this complaint and i requested to you please provided to my balance refund.
