Myself Saket Kumar working in a corporate sector in Noida. I have purchased a cash flow plan (POLICY NO. 19095736) through your executive named Rahul (9899147669) and Aman Kapoor (9891402758) at that time they have told me that they are in C.P branch. They also told me in this plan that I will also get family medical insurance and can also take loan facility after 6 Month (on 0% rate of interest) hence I have purchased that and have received my policy document on 1 August 2011 in that document I found some Major issues as per committed by these people, Issues like My policy term deposit year displays wrong year, My nominees date of birth is also wrong, and even my contact number is wrong, after that I have called to Mr. Rahul and Mr. Amam Kapoor, I have shared all my issues with them on a reply they assured me that there will be no any problem told me that just send them one mail regarding these issues and He will resend my policy document after 1 day although they have sent a person and submitted all the form entries again now I am asking to Mr. Rahul about my document whereabouts he again assured that I will get it within 15 days new policy document, family medical health insurance policy document and medical swapping card.
Hence dear Sir for your kind information I haven’t receive my policy document yet even I called him and he told me that all things were in processes just wait even I have awaited for one month for the same.
I haven’t receive my corrected policy document then I went to reliance office (Lajpat Nagar Branch) to correction of my policy document on 28 Sep 2011. I am shocked to know that Family Medical Insurance and Loan Facility is not applicable for my plan. They person have cheated me Sir I wish to have my money back.
I have also visited your branch and submitted application regarding this. Not only this , I have also word with your customer care executive regarding the issue. The reference no. regarding the issue is 0007858253, and 0008077778/1.
