This is with reference to my policy of Reliance Life Insurance Limited. This policy was advised to me by Mr.Soumyadip Basu having advisor code 20287028. I spoke to one of the customer care executives yesterday Mr. Praveen Kumar and was checking out with him how to surrender the policy since the minimum locking period of this policy is 3 years which is ending in Mar-2012.
I am M.Swapna, worked as a life insurance advisor in reliance life insurance in Medchal branch.(Now the agency was attached to Mallakpet branch). My code no is 20762990. My licence no is 385 5335950. Last Dec, 2010, i got call from an advisor\agent who said that the commission which is going to the agent can be given to you if i follow the following things and it will be done as mentioned below.
1. Buy two policies from Reliance life insurance
2.Once you receive the policy document. Don’t open it and keep it with you.

I have received Tele call on my Landline at 2.20pm and there after around about 3 pm on 10-12-2011.speaking person saying he is nitin from Mumbai from the office of IRDA and second person is calling he is saying he is Rahul Rawat from Hyderabad from the office of IRDA.
