Hello Sir I am your customer of UPARTC and i have cancelled the bas ticket from make my trip on 10-may-2015 and i made for 15-may-2016 on 9-may-2016 now i want to refund my amount my cancel ref. No. is IN 1605R2 S568747 and my PNR No is 4195883. I am not able to take my refund amount Please send me refund amount or tell me procedure of refunding amount so that i could make a new ticket.

Yesterday i booked three tickets(1 General Quota and 2 Ladies Quota) from RSRTC online booking service but there was no record of 2 ladies quota ticket so i compelled to pay again for 2 ticket.
