Refund of faulty mobile from eBay India

Hello , I have purchased “MICROMAX A116 HD” recently from eBAY. I have faced following problems with received Micromax Canvas 116 HD phone due to this i have claimed refund from eBay. 1) Headphones are not working. 2) Battery drain problem Please find its below details of purchase: Item Id 161035553599 Item Title MICROMAX A116 CANVAS HD QUAD CORE 8MP CAMERA 3G 4GB Seller Id move and talk Claim Type Item not working/broken Creation Date 2013-06-13 Since I found this piece faulty and had a huge battery drain problem, I had talked to ebay customer care representatives twice for refunds due to following reasons. Once on date: 14th-June-2013 He replied to get this piece picked up from my place on Tuesday (18th-June-2013) , Also said that I will receive mail for the same on monday (17th-June-2013). Secondly on date: 17th-June-2013 The representative said whatever commitment the first representative gave is false. Your procedure will take 15 days to settle. I have asked them for a concrete information about when and how will this case be coming to conclusion for me within 24 hours with exact dates of product replacement and schedule of pick up of faulty piece and delivery of new piece but they are not entertaining my request. What should I do now?
