i applied for reliance broadband wimax wireless connection on 28/12/08. on 30/12/08 one of your executive name M.N Zaidi(9820947724) came to our house and collected documents and cheque of rs 2134.00 .mr zaidi told that i willl get connection with in 7 days. my cheqe got cleared on 3/1/09 and and aftar a long delay on 19/1/09 instalation persion came to installl the broadband connnection.but instalation persion told us that there is no tower (coneectivity)so he told that instalation cant bedone and u will get the refund with in 15 days.
now it has crossed two months, still i have not got any refund from your side.
what to do ..plese help
