I paid 75000 as admission fee for my kid who is going to start his LKG in Bethany high school. I felt fee is so high, so i wanted to change the school as I may travel to onsite as well. After 40 days from the date of my payment, when i asked my money back stating that i want to withdraw the school. they are claiming that they will give only 25% of my total amount. It was there in admission form as well during submission. is there any way can i get the money back? because i heard there was a rule amended recently saying that if we withdraw the admission before the kid joins the school, then the total amount should be returned. Please guide me on the same if you have any idea.
