Dear Sir,
I am a consumer of BSNL, Calcutta Telephones Consumer ID being 0601009700431 and telephone no. being 2226-0182. I have made several complains to the department for the restoration of line, but the department ignored the matter as my landline connection was not working from the month of July due to some error in connection. after that we requested the department to restore the line. but unfortunately we have recieved the bill in the month of july. in that bill its clearly mentioned that there was no call unit but the department charged the rental amount. we requested several times by written application to restore the line but they did not response.
furthermore, we have deposited Rs. 3500/- as security deposit, that amount to be withdrawn.
now i request you to kindly take necessary steps to get the security deposit and the connection to be restores in my new address.
