I booked return tickets through Kingfisher for Chd-Mumbai on 1st Oct, 2012. PNR no. KLBBPG, Tkt no,0902473109327. After taht Kingfisher flights got grounded and I immediately asked them to cancel my tickets. But they promised and replied that by the time i have to fly, the things will be ok. But then on 30th Oct they send an email saying that its been cancel and money will be refund. Till date they have not refunded any money and I am chasing them on email and calling on customer care. But no one is responding, they given me one ref no. as well 0900470517514.

I had to go and meet my brother during that period as it was a diwali festival that time. I had to book an alternate flight on immediate basis which costed me alot. Secondly Now I am back to my work in Oman. Now to cvall kingfisher customer care , every time I need to use ISD call and they are not responding me,

I want them to refund my money what i spend on ticket i.e 7430+ compensation for my additional expenses which i had to bear to buy another flight ticket+ the call charges i am spending to call the customer care of Airline. you can decide yourself, how much should i be paid. but I am fed up following up with them.
