I am user of Airtel prepaid Mob No.9971614273. From few months, a sum of Rs.10/- per month has been deducted from my account for bachchan blog and gets again message for renewal within 2 dys, but I had not activated the same. I had contacted customer care which is de-activated (Comp. No.No.ROVAD51227151491, but the amount has not been refunded sofar. on 27.12.11 i received a call reg. friend chat which was also not activated but a sum of Rs. 5/- deducted. Request to refund the same urgently. I had contacted Sus/Care on 28 & 29-12-11 but not get a deserving response. Thanks
