Dear Sir, We regret to inform that we have our Car Audi A4, Registration No WB06F-5769, VIDE CHASIS NOWAUZMA8K0BY700643, has our Premium Insurance done through Universal Sompo General Insurance Co Ltd vide Policy no 2311/52881094/00/00, dated 02/02/2013. My car met with an accident I.e it hit the Manhole and both the Right Side Tyres along with the Rim got damaged, the insurance company after 5 days of follow up finally refused to pay up for the damages. On further enquiry it was found that they do not have any tie up with the Local Audi Garage, as promised and conveyed at the time of taking the policy. Further to note , they have asked me to surrender the policy on PRORATA basis and that they would refund the balance after a month. I humbly request your kind self to look into the matter and guide as I would be getting the same at my own cost. Thanking you, and waiting for justice to be done to us.
