Recently there was some faults in our Adams Elevator at P35, Kasba Industrial, Estate Haltu and the same was inspected by their technicians with a inspection charge of rs.1,000 to be adjusted with the final repair bill. However, they later on stepped down from doing any kind of repair work unless we renew maintainance contracts for Rs.10,500 plus tax with them We feel this is a kind of black-mail and these bunch of employees of Adams is trying to harass us and squeeze money out of our pockets understanding the severity of the issue we are facing. Ultimatley we had to allow ourselves to be a their gunpoint and considering to do things at their terms.
