Hi,

I am using reliance gsm prepaid sim.I have top up for 30 Rs and put a booster pack for 1 paise sms for 19 Rs on Aug 23. Next Day morning they deducted again 19 Rs from my bal for sms booster.Again i got a Sms if i wish to deactivate the sms service for 1Paise.I replied yes.Now I didnt get my money refundable.My sms service is also not activated.Customer care executives answers really made me angry.Simply they are asking the people to wait for a long time.No proper response.Within one day total amount is gone without any use.Poor service by the customer care.kindly if possible make this kind of isssue get solved.
