Reg: statement not receieved and error in billing

Dear sir,

My Abn Amro Credit card No. is xxxx xxxx xxxx 8901.

The complaints are mainly, i am getting the phone calls from the bank regarding the promotional and free gifts etc, but they are not true, because at the time of getting the statement, i shall be shocked to see the amount for which i haven’t used at all. Please go through them and revert.

Secondly even though i am paying in time, i have been charged with the late fee. Please reverse them.

And finally since last month i am not getting the statement. Please go through and make necessary arrangements so that both of us be relexed.
