I paid my vodafone post paid bill using credit card though vodafone phone bill payment system. I confirmed for a payment of Rupees 600 from my account but 6600 was deducted from my credit card account. Now Vodafone people are not ready to refund the excess amount that is gone to them because of their systemic issue. The worst part is they are not even ready to take responsibility of the inconvenience caused due to their process failure .Kindly take action against them.
