my mobile no is 9975595652. on 26th oct, at night 3.51 am, your message has been received for cutting of Rs. 99 for downloading of video. but actually at that time i was not using any of the facility on phone and i was sleeping. so please give details about what type of charges are cut from my balance.i want my balance back or otherwise i am complaining the same in consumer court and changing service provider. i am using this sim since last 6 years.

Mu number is +919731252205. I rechaged for Rs 9 for usage of 2 hrs of internet. And I used that for only 1 hr. and without usage of internet rest of my balance is blank. I need the clear explanation for this complain. I think the company is cheating the people..

Deducted 60Rs without using any VAS or internet,infact just rcd 1msg & made just 1 call of 19secs during 1 to 3 in the afternoon today. Airtel no 98690662XX
