My 2 services CNBC pack & FM india, Both have been activated on 8 jun by relience,but they blamed that i have activated, & this confirmation i gave in a telemarketing call.but although i am not raising this issue,but on 8th june i gave request to deactvate both one,,but today is 15 jun,but still both r activated on my no.,,I talked many of the agent even with senior but all give me not any solid reason..just taking round & round,regarding that i talked viswajit, Ajit, Senior Tamal & Mithilesh,,,but all were just made me fool,,,,even on 13 jun I got a message from 53030 that my FM INDIA service charges will deduct in next 2 days & I told this thing to senior TAMAL but he did not do that anything & on 15 jun my balance deducted , Now who will be responsible for this mistake. one more senior mithilesh, He dierectly said that we are here just to communicate not to help you.I dont want to say anything just deactivate my both services.Please help me……
