Regus – mail box plus service fees taken no proper service

Regus is brand which provided Virtual office solutions. On April 25 I order for MailBox Plus service from Regus. Mail Box Plus is a service where i can use their address for letter communications. Its a prestigious business address. They have asked my credit card details and i provided them. My Mailbox service was to start from May 1. Payment is 8371 for 1st month and 3300 for second month which is payable on may 16. But they didn’t charge my card and i didn’t receive any confirmation of using mailbox plus service. On May 5 i received a mail that payment is pending. I replied them i provided the payment details. Again on May 10 i received an email that payment is pending again. I replied them, since you are delaying in charging my card and not providing the service in time cancel my order and don’t charge my card. On may 15 again i received the same mail. I replied cancel order and don’t charge my card. Unfortunately on May 16 they charged my card of Rs.3300 for second month fees.They didn’t charge my card for first month fees of Rs.8000. How can they charge for second month fees. So i immediately contacted them to refund me and cancel my order. They have called two times and i told kindly cancel my order . But they replied its not possible. And after that no further reply from them Hence i request you to take action Regus Chennai Centre for wrongly charging my card. I just want the money which they charged and took from my card.
